60 Day Fast Start Grant Writing Program Part 1: Preparing for Grant Writing: Embark on our comprehensive 60-day Fast Start program, where we guide you through a detailed 20-step checklist to ensure your readiness to access funding opportunities. This includes a 2-week (14 days) coaching challenge designed to fully prepare your organization in the following key areas: 1. Conduct an intake assessment to evaluate the feasibility and fundability of your program through priority funding streams. 2. Research and advise on new, existing, and proposed regulatory requirements, including government agency registration if opting for the $1,000,000 track later. 3. Assist with establishing business credibility. 4. Review and advise on branding and social media presence. 5. Advise on forging winning partnerships. 6. Assist with creating the three recommended budgets. 7. Assist with the preparation of your grant writing team for collaborative success. Part 2: Grant Writing: Our 60-day Fast Start grant writing services include the preparation of an executive summary, narrative, budget, budget narrative, and other required supporting documents as requested. Organizational representative participation is necessary for organizing these documents. 1. Develop your initial grant template based on answers in your intake form. 2. Utilize the approved grant template to craft up to two corporate or foundation grants aligned with your areas of interest and current funding priorities, ready for submission. 3. Participate in award ceremonies and denial briefings when feasible (online or in person; travel is not included in the contract). 4. Optional grant evaluation and management services are available as needed, following successful grant approvals. Terms: An upfront non-refundable fee of $5,000 is due upon the signing of the contract. The contract may be extended for an additional $3,000 per month for grant writing services for up to two corporate or foundation grants at the end of the initial 60-day contract. Required Success Bonus: ☐ Success Bonus Payment: A mandatory success bonus payment of 3% for each grant written and funded will be due and payable within 14 days of the initial disbursement of funds within one year of each grant submission date.
