Option 1: Grant Readiness Strategy Session Price: $1,500 Description: This service is designed for executive directors, development directors, nonprofit leaders, and grant writers who need a clear grant readiness plan before applying for funding. The client receives two 1-hour strategy appointments within 14 days. This is a capacity-building and grant preparation service, not full grant writing. Client Receives: Grant readiness consultation Review of the organization’s mission, programs, and funding goals Executive summary development support Grant template development support Review of the client’s draft grant template before the second meeting Basic grant strategy recommendations Suggestions for improving funder alignment Guidance on next steps for becoming more competitive for grants This service does not include full grant writing, grant submission, grant research beyond general recommendations, attachments, budgets, funder communication, or guaranteed funding. Client is responsible for completing the assigned work between sessions.
