Billing & Subscription FAQ

1. How do I update my payment method?

Log in to your account on our website and go to:

My Account → My Subscriptions → Manage Subscription

From there, you can update your credit or debit card on file.

If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, payment updates must be made directly in your App Store account.

2. How do I view my invoices or billing history?

After logging in:

  • Go to My Account

  • Select Billing History or My Orders

You’ll be able to view receipts and past payments.

3. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by:

  1. Logging into your account

  2. Going to My Subscriptions

  3. Selecting Cancel Plan

Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds for unused time on active subscriptions.

4. How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

If plan changes are available:

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to My Subscriptions

  • Select Upgrade or Change Plan

Your new plan will take effect based on the option you select (immediate or next billing cycle).

5. I don’t see an option to manage my subscription. Why?

This usually happens if:

  • Your plan was manually assigned

  • Your subscription is not recurring

  • You subscribed through the mobile app

In these cases, please contact support for assistance.

6. I subscribed through the app. Why can’t I manage billing on the website?

If you subscribed through:

  • Apple App Store (iOS)

  • Google Play Store (Android)

Your subscription is managed by the app store, not our website.

To manage billing:

  • Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

  • Google Play: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions

 

7. Can I change the price of my plan?

No. Subscription prices are fixed based on the plan you selected at checkout.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, but pricing cannot be customized.

8. What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails:

  • Your account may temporarily lose access

  • Wix will attempt to rebill automatically

  • You’ll receive an email notification

Please update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid service interruption.

 

9. Will I receive a refund if I cancel?

No. All sales are final.

You will continue to have access through the end of your paid billing period after cancellation.

 

10. Who do I contact for billing support?

If you’re unable to manage billing on your own, contact:

Include:

  • The email used to sign up

  • The product or plan name

  • Whether you subscribed via website or app
