Portfolio Builder Pro is operated by Certified Wealth Builder, LLC. It helps users organize documents they provide into a portfolio that they can download and print on their own computer.

You may not:

• Copy, resell, or distribute the platform or its proprietary templates as a standalone product.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to recreate the platform.

• Use the platform or its proprietary materials to build or market a competing software service.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Certified Wealth Builder, LLC does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law. Portfolio Builder Pro is available to eligible users who agree to these policies.

Support Policy

Technical support is available for issues with access to or operation of Portfolio Builder Pro. Support covers platform assistance and troubleshooting. It does not include legal, financial, career, or other professional advice, or a guarantee that a portfolio will produce a particular result.

Liability Policy

To the extent permitted by law, Certified Wealth Builder, LLC is not responsible for losses arising from your use of Portfolio Builder Pro, including losses related to errors or omissions in portfolio materials, unsuccessful applications or opportunities, business interruption, or loss of files stored on your computer.

You are responsible for keeping backup copies of important documents and for reviewing your portfolio before using it. Nothing in this policy excludes liability where applicable law does not allow that exclusion.
